E. AUSTIN HILL
Austin began his real estate career in 2001 with Austin Hill Realty, which was founded by his parents in 1978. He followed in the footsteps of his father, specializing in Commercial Properties, Land and Investments. In 2004 his career led him to Nashville, where he was an affiliate broker of Rick French and Christie's Great Estates in Belle Meade. Austin returned to his hometown of Savannah seven years later to be with his family and conduct their businesses. Austin is currently the President of Austin Hill Realty and is affiliated with Kim Malphrus Realty of South Carolina to assist clients across the river.
Austin currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Historic Savannah Foundation and Trinity Church. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Savannah Board of Realtors, the oldest Association of Realtors in the United States, predating the National Association of Realtors. Austin is the Chair of the 13th Colony Society and serves on the Development Committee for Historic Savannah Foundation. He is a Director and YPN co-Chair of the Georgia Association of Realtors as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors. Austin is a past member of the Board of Directors of Nashville CARES and Belmont Mansion on the grounds of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.
Austin is an alumnus of The Savannah Country Day School, Stetson University and Leadership Savannah. He resides in one of Chatham County's 15 historic districts, Greenview. Austin is a life member of the Coastal Conservation Association and a member of the Jewish Educational Alliance. As a seventh generation Savannahian, Austin is an advocate for the preservation of Coastal Georgia and South Carolina, his beloved home.
