Originally a transplant from the picturesque Hudson Valley region of New York, Eric put down the snow shovel and now proudly calls Savannah his home.  Having sold in many neighborhoods of Savannah, he is experienced with all that this great city has to offer.  From the historic district’s lush squares and unique architectural examples to the tranquility of living on the Islands by the water, Savannah has it all.  Eric wants to show it off to you!  His favorites are guiding first-time homebuyers on their huge step forward and also helping growing families into a new home that finally fits everything and everyone!

      When you choose to work with Eric, expect something different.  In this age of technology and quick access to information, it’s not just about getting facts and prices about home, it’s about interpreting what that information means.  Because of this, Eric considers education paramount for staying on top of this business.  He has taken the time to earn two important designations, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS.)  His years of experience coupled with this education give his seller and buyer clients a leg up on the competition.

    In his free time, Eric devotes much of his time to his other passion, the practice of yoga, both on and off the mat.  As a certified Yoga Instructor, Eric takes the skills he’s learned to even out those inevitable bumps in the road of life (and real estate!)  Always involved in his community, Eric supports the Historic Savannah Foundation and 13th Colony, Telfair Art Museum, Young Professionals Network, and various other volunteer projects to benefit the city he loves!
